Yupiiiiiiii

How to lose weight with hamburgers in the middle

Yeah my friends, every day I am nearest to write one of those self-help books that do not heal anyone but make their authors rich and famous!
After discovering the secret to being a teatcher of success (how many of you remember my survival manual in schools, where the secret is "I am a wall" and not respond, "I am a puppet of Playmobil” and I always smile), and the secret to being a successful immigrant (Tony CD in the car and Swiss francs in the bank) now I finally found the most important secret to a girl: the secret of fast diet !!!!!
Curious? So here goes: a work in MecMec help you lose up to 1.5kg a week!
How? With the smell of hamburgers and fried potatoes and cheeses melting, challenge whoever is able to eat meat during the rest of the day.
Note that only work 2-3 hours a day, mostly in the office (doing stuff like labels validities and control where the card will be recycled ... important things ...) and even then, I swear that when the uniform comes out, and I come to the street I'm a real burger: the Big Mac smell, fat of the Nuggets in my skin, and because of the heat of the grills, the color of tomatoes Bigtasty! In my house I just eat salad or soup and I’m happy to tell my friends that my Alentejo’s fat is melting!
Yupiiiiiiii

Of The Stone Age a começar… loucura…
Tickets:
Day: 88 CHF (€68.0)
Weekend (inc camp): 183 CHF (€141.5)

They are crazy!
With the approach of the heat (yes, yes my friends around here we only approach the heat because we are approaching a warm breeze and then the temperature drops and we find ourselves in rain again!) about this time in here something that the Tugas (Portuguese’s) know well happens: the summer festivals ... now because summer is something different in the Alps they have not given it that name (I suppose that relatively warm days of festival was too long to fit on the posters ...) so they prefer the international term: Open Air! Well being in the open is already very radical in the alps…
Very close to us is going to happen a great Open Air. João and I liked the poster and we were all ready making plans for a few days of camping, music and big beers accompanied by sausages ... the poster is pretty good and we mark in the agenda ... well at least until we find that would be too much craziness for us ... let's see:
Linking Park concerts and Beirut –That I really love – start ... at 5 pm ... uau… craziness ... and then the best: The Queens Of The Stone Age to start ... madness ... at 6 pm ... and price is so nice ...
Tickets:
Day: 88 CHF (€ 68.0)
Weekend (inc camp): 183 CHF (€ 141.5)
Well the real madness is in the camping: they have GPS coordinates every 100 meters for you to find the tent with your Iphone. The sponsorship of the Open Air is a well known super market (one of the two that exist ...) which is known for not to sell alcohol ... Big madness… they are crazy !!!!!

The Beirut Band... so cool!

Home is just 3 hours away ...

If you catch a plane ... if the plain does not delay ... if there is no traffic at the bridge ... if nobody asks me to open the luggage and remove the cod fish that I have between socks and sweaters ... if, if, if ...
I was at home two weeks but I felt 3h away ... pleases me the smell and sound of the sea, barefoot in the sand and the holy monkfish rice which should have the right to a statue and one day holiday for being so super delicious!
In return I realized that two weeks is enough to forget the German I knew, for my two preferred plants went into a coma and that my work in MecMec would again become tricky (dunno how to write all the ingredients in German ... help )!!!!!
